This service and all covered applications are owned and operated by 1608959 B.C. LTD. ("we," "us," or "our"), operator of Devil's Workbench. This Privacy Policy applies to our website (devilsworkbench.com) and our offline Android utility applications, including Grout: Tile Layout Planner, StitchShot: Seamless Screenshot Stitcher, and studio tools adhering to this architecture.

2. 100% Offline Architecture & Zero Data Collection

All mobile utilities published by Devil's Workbench are engineered with a zero-telemetry, offline-native architecture. Across all our mobile applications:

• No User Accounts: Our apps require no registration, sign-in, profiles, or passwords.
• No Servers or Remote Databases: We do not operate backend servers, cloud databases, or telemetry collectors. Data is never sent to our servers or any third-party servers.
• No Tracking or Device IDs: We do not collect or track IP addresses, Android Advertising IDs (AAID), hardware identifiers, or location data.
• No Third-Party SDKs: Our applications contain zero advertising libraries, commercial analytics trackers, or behavioral monitoring tools.

3. On-Device Processing & Local Storage

All computational tasks—including image stitching, tile layout math, cut lists, and unit conversions—execute strictly on your device processor. Original photos selected via system pickers remain in your device photo library. App-specific settings, temporary caches, and project files reside exclusively within the isolated application sandbox on your device hardware.

4. Operating System Permissions

Our applications request standard Android operating system permissions strictly on demand for user-initiated actions (e.g., selecting an image via the system photo picker or saving an export via the Storage Access Framework). Permissions are never used for background monitoring, surveillance, or telemetry.

5. Google Play Purchases

Paid upfront application downloads and license verifications are processed entirely by Google Play. We never receive, process, or store your full payment-card numbers or card security codes. Google Play provides standard order confirmation details (Order ID, purchase date, and amount) used solely to verify purchase entitlements or process refunds if requested.

6. Local Data Removal & Backups

You control all data on your device. Clearing app data (Android Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Storage > Clear Storage) or uninstalling the app removes all app-specific data and settings from that device. Exported files saved to shared folders (e.g., Pictures, Downloads) remain under your manual file control. If enabled in your device settings, standard Android system backups (Google One) are managed by your Google account; Devil's Workbench does not operate or receive copies of those backups.

7. Informational Website & Support Inquiries

Our website (devilsworkbench.com) is an informational landing page. It uses self-hosted typography with zero cookies, zero analytics pixels, and zero marketing trackers. Temporary technical connection logs (such as IP addresses) may be processed by our hosting provider for infrastructure security and DDoS defense.

If you voluntarily email us for customer support, we receive your email address and message solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not use your email for marketing or disclose it to third parties.

8. Children's Privacy

Because our applications operate completely offline and collect zero personal data from any user, they do not collect or maintain information from children under the age of 13. Our tools are general utilities for DIYers, craftspeople, and productivity users.
